Terms and conditions

General

I will respond to emails and telephone messages within 24 business hours under normal circumstances.

Turnaround times will be agreed in writing with the client in advance of the work being undertaken.

The client is responsible for providing all relevant information in advance of work commencing.

Information should be submitted to the email address info@zoeblissadmin.co.uk unless otherwise agreed.

I work flexibly, which means that I undertake some work outside office hours and may email clients during evenings or at weekends. Clients should not feel under any obligation to reply during these times and may request for email communication to be restricted to office hours if they wish.


Fees and Payments

All initial discussions / consultations are free of charge.

Work is undertaken on a time, task, project or retainer basis and a quote outlining the services and fees will be provided by email.

Invoices for hourly rate, task or project work will be delivered to the client by email on completion of the work and should be paid within 14 working days via BACS transfer.

Invoices for monthly packages will usually be delivered to the client on the 15th of the month, to be paid within 14 working days..


Liability, indemnity and insurance

I have suitable and valid insurance in place, including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.


Confidentiality and data protection

All information shared by clients will be kept confidential and stored securely, in accordance with UK Data Protection laws.

I will provide a Data Protection Agreement for work which involves handling of personal data.

I am registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Act (Reg no: ZA800569).

Information will be kept on file for 12 months, after which time it will be deleted (unless otherwise agreed with the client).
